Budget: Up to ₹40 LPA We’re looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to own end-to-end performance testing & release cycles – from workload design to analysis and sign-off. The ideal candidate is hands-on with JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling, strong in performance engineering for distributed systems, and experienced in CI/CD, observability tools, and bottleneck analysis. Must-have qualifications7–10 years in performance engineering for web services/distributed systems.Strong, hands-on JMeter expertise (advanced correlation, JSR223, custom functions, backends/listeners).Solid understanding of HTTP/REST, TLS, concurrency, caching, connection pooling, and async patterns.Proven experience integrating perf tests with CI/CD and enforcing SLO/threshold-based gates.Skilled with APM/observability tools and infra/DB analysis (GC, heap, thread dumps, slow queries).Scripting in Java/Groovy or Python for utilities, data generation, and JMeter extensions.Clear communication; ability to turn data into decisions and influence release outcomes. ?
