Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sr. Sales Engineer to promote and sell Honeywell Industrial Products including Gas Leak Detection Systems, Gas Sensors and related solutions. Candidate must have Strong understanding of PLC, DCS, SCADA, instrumentation, safety systems, and field devices. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and business development across industrial sectors in Delhi-NCR and North India. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through visits to industrial areas and manufacturing hubs.Identify decision-makers, fix appointments, and present Honeywell solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical/functional benefits to clients.Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.Provide regular reports and updates to GM – Sales on activities, leads, and progress.Act as a key representative of the company at client sites, ensuring brand reputation.Be willing to travel extensively across Delhi-NCR and North India. QualificationsEducation: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.Experience: 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation sales (Honeywell, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, or similar).Sales Engineering and Technical Support skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Sales and relationship managementExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approachBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical fields, or related disciplinesAbility to work on-site in Delhi, IndiaPrior experience in industrial automation or related fields is a plus
