Role Description Role: Tableau Cloud Administrator Experience: 4 to 7 Years Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Trivandrum, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Tableau Cloud, including:Managing a multi-site tenant environment o Site settings and configurationManaging multiple Tableau Bridge clients and pools o Troubleshooting data refresh and live connectivity issues o Monitoring Tableau Bridge stability and auditing scale o Monitoring and proactively addressing issues related to job historyManaging users across sites o Understanding of governance measures and licensing best practices o Experience with SAML authentication as it relates to user management in Tableau Server/Cloud, Azure Entra preferred o Implement/execute governance processes around license reclamationManaging content o Understanding of Tableau Cloud project/folder structure o Understanding of Tableau permissions structure o Implement/execute governance processes around stale content Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a lead Tableau Cloud administrator, including managing Tableau Bridge clientsStrong understanding of Tableau Bridge, including managing pools and resolving issuesStrong customer service experience o Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to a range of stakeholders and seniorityQuick learner when it comes to business context, what Bain does, and what internal teams do PreferredExperience with automation or scripting in Tableau Cloud administration activities o Governance, performance audits, etc.Familiarity with Tableau Cloud connectivity to on-prem SQL, Azure SQL, and Databricks.Familiarity with administration of other BI tools, specifically Power BI and IBM Cognos.
