About the Role We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with 3–6 years of experience to join our Technology team. This role sits within the Tech Department but requires close collaboration with our Marketing and SEO teams to ensure our websites and applications are technically optimized for search engines, performance, and user experience. The ideal candidate is a frontend developer first, but with proven experience in implementing SEO-focused enhancements and working on cross-functional projects with marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize frontend features for websites, landing pages, and digital assets.Collaborate with Marketing/SEO teams to implement technical SEO requirements.Ensure all web applications adhere to best practices for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and performance.Implement structured data, meta tags, canonical tags, schema, and other SEO-related optimizations.Partner with Marketing to test, monitor, and improve site visibility, rankings, and conversion funnels.Conduct code reviews and identify technical issues that may impact SEO.Stay updated on SEO-driven development practices and emerging frontend technologies. Required Skills 2-5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.Strong understanding of technical SEO principles (site structure, schema, meta implementation).Experience working directly with Marketing/SEO teams to deliver business-focused web improvements.Knowledge of performance optimization, SSR (Server-Side Rendering), and SSG (Static Site Generation).Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, or headless CMS).Understanding of Git and CI/CD workflows. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in cross-functional teams involving Tech + Marketing.Hands-on knowledge of analytics & SEO tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console).Experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, or growth-focused frontend development.
