Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and manage automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms.Develop and maintain API integrations across multiple systems and platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) to identify automation opportunities.Ensure workflows are scalable, efficient, and error-free.Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes, ensuring minimal downtime.Stay updated with the latest AI/automation trends and recommend process improvements.Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and integrations.Train and guide internal teams on automation usage and best practices.Key Skills & RequirementsProven experience in AI/Automation Engineering or similar role (minimum 1 year).Strong knowledge of n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or Integromat.Hands-on experience with API integrations and webhooks.Understanding of databases, CRMs, and SaaS platforms.Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsBackground in digital marketing agency or B2B environments.Knowledge of Python or JavaScript for custom automation scripts.Familiarity with AI-driven tools and workflows.
