*About the Role* We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our web applications, from the user interface to the back-end infrastructure. You will work on a variety of projects, collaborating with product managers and designers to build high-quality, scalable software. *Key Responsibilities* * *Application Development:* Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. * *Collaboration:* Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality code. * *Code Quality:* Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * *Troubleshooting:* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness. * *Problem-Solving:* Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges as they arise throughout the development lifecycle. * *Stay Current:* Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications * *Experience:* 3 -4 yrs of experience in full stack web development. * *Front-End Proficiency:* Strong knowledge of *HTML, CSS, and JavaScript*. Experience with a modern front-end framework like *React, Angular, or Vue.js*. * *Back-End Proficiency:* Expertise in at least one back-end language and framework, such as *Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or a .NET stack*. * *Database Knowledge:* Solid understanding of database design and management, including both *SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)* and *NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)* databases. * *Version Control:* Proficiency with *Git* for version control. * *Communication:* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience with cloud platforms like *AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure*. * Familiarity with containerization technologies such as *Docker and Kubernetes*. * Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (*CI/CD*) pipelines. * Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, RSpec). *Note: This position is for internal hiring* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
