We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Testing Engineers (Freshers/Interns) to join our dynamic team. *Roles & Responsibilities* * Understand project requirements and create test cases accordingly. * Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications. * Identify, report, and track bugs or issues. * Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. * Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure product quality. * Assist in preparing test documentation and reports. * Learn and support automation testing tools as required. *Required Skills* * Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC. * Knowledge of manual testing concepts (test cases, bug lifecycle, test plan). * Familiarity with web & mobile application testing. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. *Preferred (Good to Have):* * Knowledge of any bug tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello). * Basic knowledge of SQL and databases. * Familiarity with automation testing tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.) is a plus. *Eligibility* * B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or related field. * Fresh graduates or students in the final year can apply. *Benefits* * Internship Certificate (for interns). * Hands-on experience with real-time projects. * Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance. * Mentorship from experienced professionals. * Flexible and learning-focused work culture.
