What You’ll DoCreate new, innovative, data-driven systems to power performance marketing workflows across DSPs, SSPs, Display Ads, and Social Marketing platforms.Design & implement analytics pipelines for measuring campaign performance (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, churn, brand lift).Propose new growth metrics for scaling our platform: supply path optimization, attention metrics, predictive bidding, fraud detection, wallet/financial compliance KPIs.Build intuitive, advertiser-friendly dashboards with meaningful communication & storytelling in data (working with design engineers).Develop predictive & prescriptive models for budget allocation, creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.Collaborate across stakeholders (design, marketing, product, compliance, finance, publishers, advertisers).Create strategies for launch & scale of our ad-tech product—benchmarking against DV360, Trade Desk, InMobi, PubMatic, etc.Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and reporting transparency.Turn complex data into compelling actions & calls-to-action for advertisers and marketers. What We’re Looking ForHands-on data scientist + engineer hybrid: You know how to build, but also how to question, innovate, and differentiate.Strong knowledge of performance marketing analytics (digital ads, social media, programmatic).Skills in data engineering + machine learning (Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms).Experience in dashboarding & visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or custom React/D3 dashboards).Awareness of programmatic ad platforms (DSP/SSP) and their metrics.Product-first mindset: You don’t just crunch data; you design experiences and systems people love using.Startup-ready: thrive in ambiguity, move fast, build with independence, ship for impact.Creative problem-solver: able to make analytics intuitive, interactive, and innovative.
