The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid foundation in web application development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using *MongoDB, Express.js, Next.js, and Node.js*. * Build efficient and reusable components with *Next.js (server-side rendering, routing, and API integrations)*. * Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using *Express.js*. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers to integrate front-end designs with backend logic. * Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security. * Work with databases such as *MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis* for high-performance data handling. * Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time. *Required Qualifications & Skills* * *2+ years of experience* as a MERN Stack Developer. * Strong proficiency in *Next.js, Express.js, Node.js, and MongoDB*. * Solid understanding of *JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS*. * Experience with *REST APIs, microservices, and server-side rendering*. * Familiarity with *version control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket)*. * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. *Good to Have* * Experience with *MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis*. * Knowledge of *Microservices architecture and HLL (High-Level Languages) concepts*. * Exposure to *Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)*. * Familiarity with caching strategies and performance optimization. *Functional Skills* * Ability to work in *Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments*. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Self-driven, quick learner, and capable of working independently. * Passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
