More than 50% of our leadership roles are held by women. --- *About the Role* Job Title: Full-Stack Developer Location: New Delhi, India Level: Manager Position Experience: 4+ years Type: Full-time | Regular Shift *Key Responsibilities* * Architect and develop robust front-end website architecture with scalable and maintainable code. * Lead the design and implementation of advanced user interactions and workflows. * Build and maintain high-performance back-end applications using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter). * Design and manage optimized servers, cloud deployments, and databases for high-availability systems. * Ensure cross-platform optimization, responsive UI, and mobile-first development practices. * Drive projects from conception to production deployment with complete ownership. * Design, document, and develop secure, scalable APIs and third-party integrations. * Balance technical and business requirements to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions. * Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web and SaaS development. * Lead post-deployment maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning. * Manage the complete SDLC and enforce best engineering practices across the team. * Oversee and guide code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD implementation. * Implement automated testing and monitor quality through performance metrics. * Troubleshoot, modify, and enhance legacy systems while ensuring minimal downtime --- Skills and Key Requirements * Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Git, and responsive design. * Advanced knowledge of PHP, MySQL (optimization & indexing). * Familiarity with React, Node.js, Ajax. * Proven experience with API design, RESTful services, and integrations. * Strong understanding of cloud hosting (AWS) and deployment automation. * Excellent communication skills for guiding cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with attention to detail. --- Who Can Apply: * Strong commitment to confidentiality and integrity. * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills. * 4+ years of experience in CSE. * Strong commitment to confidentiality and integrity. * Highly motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. * Proven ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion --- Probation Duration: 6 months --- Perks Business casual dress code 5 days a week --- Additional Information This is a full-time, in-office role.
