Role Overview We are seeking an AI Process Automation and Data Analyst who can design workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and extract insights from data to drive efficiency across recruitment and AI data services. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals (0–2 years) from a strong academic background (IIT/NIT/Top-tier institutes preferred) to build expertise at the intersection of AI, automation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Automate manual processes across recruitment, AI Data Services, and internal operations. Build and optimize workflows using AI tools (GPT-based platforms, Bolt.new, Lovable, Zapier, Make, etc.). Work with large datasets to perform cleaning, structuring, and data analysis for actionable insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making. Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions. Continuously research and adopt emerging AI/automation tools to improve processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in AI Data Services, Recruitment Tech, Data Analysis, or Process Automation. Strong understanding of AI tools & automation platforms. Proficiency in data handling, analysis, and visualization (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python/R, or BI tools). Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights. Exposure to automation workflows (low-code/no-code or scripting). Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and communication skills. Good to Have Prior exposure to Recruitment or AI Data Services. Familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, or Google Apps Script. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
