Should have a development background in .NET framework 3.5/4.0/4.5 and entire SDLC process. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, AJAX. Exposure to unit testing frameworks. Experience on OOPS, Design Pattern and n-tier architecture application. Familiar with ORM Tools like Entity Frameworks. Knowledge of agile development processes. Should be proficient in team handling and client communication. Sound experience in detailed requirement gathering process from clients. Experience on MVC 3.5/4.0, MS Azure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
