No. of Positions: 2-3 Experience: 10+ years Location: Delhi/NCR, India Division: IT Delivery Key Roles & Responsibilities: Participate in the design and development of software applications. Should have the ability to independently work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and efficient time management. Excellent communication skills to communicate (both written and verbally) with technical and non-technical staff. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Proven understanding of the SDLC. Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner. Should have the ability to lead a team to meet critical deadlines. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Overall 10+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, AJAX, and extensive experience in .NET framework 3.5/4.0/4.5 and entire SDLC process. Should have a development background in .NET framework 3.5/4.0/4.5 and entire SDLC process. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, AJAX. Exposure to unit testing frameworks. Experience on OOPS, Design Pattern and n-tier architecture application. Familiar with ORM Tools like Entity Frameworks. Knowledge of agile development processes. Should be proficient in team handling and client communication. Sound experience in detailed requirement gathering process from clients. Experience on MVC 3.5/4.0, MS Azure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
