Job Description

The Role:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Syniti ADM for SAP. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and configure applications using Syniti ADM for SAP to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using Syniti ADM for SAP.

Skills Required:

Must Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP, including understanding of data models and migration techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in RDBMS, ETL, and query concepts using MS-SQL and Oracle.
  • Ability to deliver complex ETL requirements, including ADM architecture, repository creation/configuration, error handling, and performance tuning.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations.
  • Detailed knowledge of Data Quality Reports, Data Cleansing DCS Pages, Relevancy Reports & Implementation, Rule-Based Auto Cleansing, Backward Remediation, and Harmonization.
  • Strong understanding of SAP application development, configuration, and integration with other systems.
  • Strong understanding of application development principles, SDLC processes, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
  • Familiarity with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • Understanding of SAP best practices and industry standards.
  • Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • The candidate should have strong experience in Syniti ADM for SAP.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
