KRAs for Creative & Web Designer 1. Web Design & Development Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, C/C++ (if applicable in back-end modules). Maintain and update company/client websites with latest content, plugins, and performance optimizations. Ensure UI/UX best practices are implemented across all web pages. Conduct website performance audits (speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO basics). 2. UI/UX & Figma Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma for client projects and internal platforms. Collaborate with product/marketing teams to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences. Ensure pixel-perfect design handoff to developers (where external vendors are involved). Keep designs aligned with industry trends and user behavior research. 3. Graphic Design Design digital creatives (banners, social posts, ads, presentations) and print collaterals (posters, brochures, product catalogs). Support branding consistency across all platforms and products (IndiaPicture, MahattaArt, StudioIP). Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaign visuals. Handle image editing, retouching, and layout design as required. 4. Technology & Coding Knowledge Utilize knowledge of C & C++ for problem-solving, coding logic, and possible integration with web-based tools (if required). Assist in debugging and technical troubleshooting for web-related issues. Explore automation opportunities in design-to-development workflow. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Production Controllers, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver creatives on time. Coordinate with vendors (if outsourcing design/development) for quality checks. Support the sales team with design requirements for client pitches and proposals. 6. Project & Delivery Management Manage multiple design/web projects simultaneously with timely delivery. Maintain documentation of design versions, source files, and assets. Ensure compliance with copyrights (fonts, stock images, licensed templates). Track workload, share progress reports with manager, and flag risks/delays. 7. Industry Standard & Continuous Learning Stay updated with emerging design and web tech trends (AI in design, Webflow, no-code tools). Implement best practices in accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design. Regularly upgrade skills in UI/UX tools, CMS platforms, and design software.
