Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and products, including machines, tools, and assemblies. Develop and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using Fusion 360 and SolidWorks. Perform design analysis using FEA, CFD, and other simulation tools to optimize performance, durability, and reliability. Conduct research on new technologies, materials, and processes to improve product designs. Collaborate with electrical, software, and industrial design teams to create integrated systems. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs. Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMs, and technical reports.
