We are hiring a Solar O&M Engineer dedicated to maintaining peak performance of our operational solar assets.Role OverviewThe O&M Engineer ensures uninterrupted power generation, conducts preventive and corrective maintenance, and safeguards the long-term health of solar plants. You’ll interact with field teams, clients, and technical specialists to deliver maximum uptime and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily monitoring of plant performance ratios and SCADA data.Diagnose and resolve technical faults in inverters, strings, and grid interfaces.Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.Prepare technical reports, energy generation summaries, and issue logs.Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety and environmental guidelines.Coordinate with spare-part vendors and maintain inventory control.Support warranty claims and liaise with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).Assist in training on-site technicians on troubleshooting best practices.Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.2–4 years of hands-on O&M experience in solar power plants.Knowledge of grid operations, SCADA systems, and remote monitoring tools.Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work in field environments.Why Join UsYou’ll help ensure our projects operate at peak efficiency, contributing to both company success and national clean energy targets, with opportunities to move into plant management or performance analytics roles.
